學習需要目標，確立了目標，就要有嚴謹的紀律一步一步地走下去；目標優質私中的悟娃們每年都有分組學業競賽，無論在開悟班或領悟班，悟娃們相互合作，彼此鼓勵，用團隊與紀律鼓舞著自己今天比明天更好，邁向學習的康莊大道。
